My Approach to Digestive Wellness Coaching

My approach includes 3 areas that I personalise for each of my clients.


Relax: Here we make sense of the turmoil in your gut and pacify it as quickly as possible. Is the stress from your job or relationship causing indigestion and acid reflux? Is a lack of energy preventing you from exercising? I’ll guide you with the necessary tools to calm your gut. You’ll then feel less anxious, mood swings will reduce, and symptoms of digestive distress will start easing.


Repair: Here we’ll work to rebalance your gut bacteria and put your digestion into equilibrium by adding gut-friendly foods, necessary supplements, and introducing lifestyle modifications. Your energy levels will improve, brain fog will reduce, and you will start moving towards your optimum weight.


Reinforce: Here we’ll fortify what you’ve learned and achieved for your gut health. So that you can leave our work stronger. You will have learned how to integrate your gut, body, and mind. This will give you the flexibility of choosing what is right for your health and well-being. You will have obtained new tools and habits that will help you create a happy and healthy life that is free of restrictive diets, extreme practices, and reliance on medications. This resiliency will serve you in every area of your life.

I practice a holistic approach to digestive health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected and how they impact your gut health and vice versa.

Here are some concepts that we will explore during our work together:

Integrative Nutrition Plate†

I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body based on the Integrative Nutrition Plate. I will help you to determine right proportion and portion size of various food groups for your needs.I will share recipes and meal prepping guides with you to make healthy eating, a choice option for you! 

Crowding Out††

My approach to eating does not include a list foods to avoid, but is a list of foods to incorporate. Once you start eating foods that are good for you I encourage you to eat foods that are good for you naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

Deconstructing Cravings††

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

Primary Food†

Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.


One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.
