We begin with a short consultation to understand what you’d like to shift or explore.
You’ll then be guided into a relaxed, inward-focused state where we work gently and effectively with your subconscious. You may feel lighter, clearer, more grounded — even after one session. Deeper transformation typically unfolds over 3–5 sessions.
