Buckwheat Seed Breakfast

serves 3


1/2 cup buckwheat groats

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup fruit of your choice

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup goji berries or raisins

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla flavouring

1/4 cup milk of your choice, preferably non dairy

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

1 banana


  1. Mix all ingredients except banana and place in a airtight container, place in the fridge overnight

  2. Next morning, top with sliced banana and serve
