Ingredients
3 bags of Organic Red Rooibos tea
1 Litre filtered water
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1tsp per cup raw honey (optional)
Freshly squeezed lemon as per taste
Method
Pour 1 litre of water into a large sterilised glass container
2. Wrap the Ginger in a piece of muslin and tie with a string, Drop it into the container along with the tea bags, put the container in direct sunlight leave it for about 3 - 5 hours. (If you are using loose tea wrap it into the muslin with the ginger.)
3. Remove the tea bags and muslin bags, put the container in the fridge. The tea will keep for 3 to 4 days, when drinking sweeten as desired and add lemon, serve over ice.
