Ingredients
1 1/2 cups corn flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup extras virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup water
Method
Pre-heat oven to 175ºC
Mix all Ingredients together forming a thick batter,
Split the dough in two and spread over two baking trays as evenly and thinly as possible
Sprinkle Dough with sea salt flakes and bake for 40-45 minutes
Let the crackers cool in the oven with the door open for 10-15 minutes
Break crackers into pieces and store in a cool dry place
Serve on its own as a snack or with your favourite dips ( My favourites are hummus or mashed avocados)
