Nut Seed Crackers


  • 1 1/2 cups corn flour

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup extras virgin olive oil

  • 1 1/2 cup water


  1. Pre-heat oven to 175ºC

  2. Mix all Ingredients together forming a thick batter,

  3. Split the dough in two and spread over two baking trays as evenly and thinly as possible

  4. Sprinkle Dough with sea salt flakes and bake for 40-45 minutes

  5. Let the crackers cool in the oven with the door open for 10-15 minutes

  6. Break crackers into pieces and store in a cool dry place

  7. Serve on its own as a snack or with your favourite dips ( My favourites are hummus or mashed avocados)
